HOW TO USE
Traditional: Place a small amount in the palm of your hands. Smooth evenly over wet hair. Massage into hair and scalp. Rinse with warm water and repeat. Follow on with Ethernal Moringa Mask.
Reverse Shampoo: Wet hair and condition the ends with Ethernal Moringa Mask and Rinse. Place a small amount in the palm of your hands. Smooth evenly over wet hair, focussing on the scalp. Rinse with warm water and repeat if necessary. This method will prevent excess conditioning and improve volume whilst reducing frizz. It is suitable for very fine, limp and damaged hair.

If you wish to return a product purchased you must need to email email@example.com within 5 days of purchasing. All returns lodged must be pre-approved by Lendan Australia prior to product/s being sent back (at your own expense). Pre-approved means based off the correspondance Lendan Australia has received from a customer (including product code/s, photographs etc) we have accepted an order to be sent back to us for final confirmation (visual confirmation) that a return or exchange will be approved. This means that if a product/s is sent back and does not match the product code/s or photographes originally provided or is not the same as the original product/s sent to the customer, Lendan Australia can refuse to provide a final approval for a return or exchange. A valid reason must be provided and within the allocated time-frame. If a returned item shows signs of being used and its packaging is damaged or altered, a return will not be issued. This is the duty of care of the purchaser and the purchaser must ensure that the product they are wanting to return fits the correct criteria as per the above. Customer must send back item at their own expense, properly packaged and protected from damage. If the item is checked and deemed faulty or the incorrect item was sent from a picking error then Lendan Australia will pay the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) if a refund is to be provided. Lendan Australia will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship via two methods; Australia Post and Courier. We cannot guarantee shipping turnaround and do not have any control of the speed of delivery.
